NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was informed today by Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, the Trustees of the Dignity Long Term Investment Plan "LTIP" that Mike McCollum, Chief Executive Officer, Exercised 57,050 shares under the 2013 LTIP and has sold 57,050 shares today at an average price of 2280.293p to cover the tax and national insurance associate with the Exercise. 
Mike McCollum's resultant holding in the Company is 183,334 Ordinary Shares of 12 48/143 pence representing 0.37% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
