RESULTS OF THE CONSENT SOLICITATION WITH BONDHOLDERS

 

Dignity notes the announcement made today by Dignity Finance plc ("Dignity
Finance"), a Group subsidiary, of the successful conclusion of the consent
solicitation period with its Class A Bondholders in relation to a deleveraging
proposal. The Class A Bondholders voted with 94.42 per cent of votes cast
being in favour of the proposal.
