UK's Directa Plus falls as FY revenue forecast below market view

** Shares of Directa Plus  DCTA.L  down 34.4% at 10.5p
    ** The graphene-based products supplier expects annual
revenue of about 7 mln euros ($7.84 million), materially below
market view of about 17 mln euros
    ** HY revenue fell to 3.4 mln euros from 4.6 mln euros last
year due to delayed commencement of some large contracts
    ** Loss before tax in HY widened to 2.48 mln euros from 1.91
mln euros last year
    ** DCTA fell about 55% YTD
