** Shares of Directa Plus Plc  DCTA.L  rise as much as 6.7%
to 103.5p, their highest since Aug.1
    ** The producer of graphene-based products signs new
exclusive agreement with Pigmentsolution, a European distributor
of speciality chemicals and ingredients
    ** Agreement to support development and distribution of
Directa Plus' Grafyshield G+ product used by paint producers,
initially in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland
    ** Co says partnership has potential for further expansion
in Europe
    ** Including session's gains, stock has fallen more than 33%
