A$1.100, hitting their lowest level since Oct 27
    ** Stock last down 5%, sees worst day since Sept 20 if
losses hold
    ** Wealth management co says COG Financial Services  COG.AX 
withdrew its non-binding indicative offer to merge with co
    ** COG shares rise as much as 7.1%, marking their biggest
intraday pct gain since Aug 1, 2022
    ** More than 248,000 DVR shares change hands, 2.9x the
30-day average volume
    ** Stock up 24.1% this year, as of last close
