Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 8 August 2022 and
10 August 2022, members of its Board of Directors (the "Board") acquired
through the market ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares").

 

On 8 August 2022, David Johnson, Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Board
acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 125.70 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Johnson is now interested in
420,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.049% of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

On 10 August 2022, Melanie Little, Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Board acquired  6,450 Ordinary Shares through at an average price of 128.00
pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mrs. Little is now
interested in 46,450 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.005% of the
Company's issued share capital.

 

On 10 August 2022, Sandra Stash, Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Board acquired  6,325 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 126.80 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mrs. Stash is now interested in
24,181 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's
issued share capital.
