Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 16 August 2022,
Sylvia Kerrigan, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company's Board of
Directors, acquired through the market 5,960 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 136.00 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following this purchase, Mrs. Kerrigan is now interested in 5,960
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's issued
