ZURICH/BERLIN, July 7(Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    UBS's flagship global wealth management business on Thursday
announced a raft of management changes triggered by the Swiss
bank's takeover of Credit Suisse.
    
    SWISS RE  SRENH.S 
    Swiss reinsurer Swiss Re is restructuring its digital
insurance platform iptiQ in a bid to make it profitable,
according to a company spokesperson on Thursday.  
    
    
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    *Clariant  CLN.S  reported second-quarter 2023 preliminary
sales at 1.084 billion Swiss francs, down from 1.3 billion the
same quarter last year.  CLN.S 
    *Sulzer AG  SUN.S  increased its 2023 order intake guidance
to +10-14% organically based on strong growth momentum.  SUN.S 
    *Urs Scheidegger  SWTQ.S  was appointed new CFO of Schweiter
Technologies, the company said.  SWTQ.S 
    *Docmorris  DOCM.S  said it has filed a complaint against
the prescription medicines (RX) bonus ban with the European
