Dividend Declaration
The Board of DORE is pleased to declare a dividend in respect of the period
from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The
dividend will be paid on or around the 30 December 2022 to shareholders on the
register on 2 December 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 1 December 2022.
As detailed in the Company's prospectus dated 7 June 2022 (the "Prospectus"),
a portion of the Company's dividends may be designated as an interest
distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the Q3
2022 dividend is 50%.
