The Company announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Downing LLP, 3rd Floor, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF on 5 June 2025 at 12.00 noon.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders.
