Change to Directors' Responsibilities

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R, the Company announces that Ms Astrid Skarheim
Onsum, a Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed Chair of the
Remuneration Committee, effective immediately, succeeding Mr Ashley Paxton.
