Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Results

 

The Company is pleased to announce at its AGM held on 5 June 2025 at the
offices of Downing LLP, 3rd Floor, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3N 6AF
that all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were passed by the requisite
majority. Each of the resolutions put to the AGM were voted on by way of a
poll. The poll votes received in relation to these resolutions were as
