Aug 31 (Reuters) - DTI Group Ltd  DTI.AX : 
 * Letter of intent for 22 new trains being built by alstom  DTI.AX  
 * Says loi for procurement contract includes provision of systems on 22 new 
trains valued at $5 million 
 * Loi for the supply of passenger information and cctv systems for trains being 
delivered to the north west rail link in Sydney 
 * Says signing of the contract is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 
calendar 2015
