Publication of Circular and Winding-up Timetable

 

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") confirms that the
circular setting out the recommended proposals for a member's voluntary
liquidation of the Company (the "Proposals"), is now available to view at
https://www.dunedinenterprise.com/ (https://www.dunedinenterprise.com/) and
has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism which is located at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Company further confirms that the expected timetable is as follows:

 Last day of dealing in the Shares through CREST on a normal rolling two day    30 December 2024
 settlement basis
 Deadline for receipt of Forms of Proxy                                         10 a.m.  on 2 January 2025
 Close of Register and record date for participation in the members' voluntary  6.00 p.m. on 3 January 2025
 liquidation
 Suspension of Shares from listing on the Official List and from trading on      7.30 a.m. on 6 January 2025
 the London Stock Exchange
 General Meeting                                                                10 a.m. on 6 January 2025
 Appointment of Liquidators                                                     6 January 2025
 Expected date of cancellation of the listing of the Shares on the Official      8.00 a.m. on 7 January 2025
 List and of the trading of the Shares on the London Stock Exchange
 First cash distribution to Shareholders*                                       On or around 29 January 2025
