The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting ("General Meeting") of the Company held earlier today, the resolution in relation to the proposed return of up to £10 million to shareholders by way of a tender offer as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 12 October 2020 (the "Proposal") was duly passed by shareholders.
