Annual report and accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
DWF, a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services,
announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2022
("Annual Report"), notice of annual general meeting ("Notice of AGM") and form
of proxy have today been posted to shareholders.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at and be broadcast from 20
Fenchurch Street London EC3M 3AG on 28 September 2022 at 2.00pm.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are
also available on the Group's website at https://dwfgroup.com/en/investors

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the following documents have today
