UK's DWF Group soars after possible takeover talks with Inflexion

**  Shares of law firm DWF Group  DWF.L  up as much as 39%
at 89p - hit their highest levels in a year
    ** Stock set to record its best day in over three years if
gains hold
    ** Co says it has received a proposal from Inflexion
Private Equity Partners regarding a takeover of co 
    ** Says proposed deal for 100 pence per share, which is a 
52.7% premium of co's last close on Friday 
    ** Adds it will recommend the proposal to its shareholders
if Inflexion makes a firm offer on the financial terms of
proposal 
    ** As per last close stock down ~19% YTD
