UK's DWF says in talks with Inflexion over possible offer

July 10 (Reuters) - UK law firm DWF Group DWF.L on
Monday said it was in talks with Inflexion Private Equity
Partners regarding a possible offer for the company, sending its
shares up about 40%.
Under the terms of the proposal, DWF said shareholders would
receive 100 pence per share. DWF's shares were last trading at
91.84 pence apiece.
