as much as 10% to A$0.540, mark their worst session since Oct 5
    ** E&P Financial says proceedings have been filed against co
and its unit, Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services (DASS),

    ** Proceedings related to retail clients of DASS, who held
units in an ASX-listed managed investment scheme on personal
advice of DASS' representatives
