Chairman Succession and Board Changes

The Board of Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc announces
that David Simpson retired as a director and Chairman of the Company at the
conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 5 March 2026. David had
served on the Board of the Company as Chairman since its formation in 2016
following the scheme of reconstruction of Ecofin Water & Power
Opportunities plc, where he had served as a non-executive director since May
2014.

Susannah Nicklin has succeeded David as Chairman and will continue to chair
the Management Engagement Committee. Susannah joined the Board in September
2020 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in March 2024. Max King has
succeeded Susannah as the Company's Senior Independent Director.
