Dividend Declaration

The Board of Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased
to declare a first interim dividend of 2.25 pence per share in respect of the
year ending 30 September 2026.

 

The first interim dividend will be paid on Friday, 27 February 2026 to
shareholders on the register as at the close of business on Friday, 30 January
2026. The ex-dividend date will be Thursday, 29 January 2026.
