Issue of management fee shares

The Company announces that it has issued 51,745 ordinary shares of $0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares" and "New Ordinary Shares") to the Company's Investment
Manager, Ecofin Advisors, LLC, in relation to fees payable for the period from
1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022.  The New Ordinary Shares have been issued in
accordance with the Investment Management Agreement ("IMA"), pursuant to which
15 per cent. of the management fee is payable in the form of Ordinary Shares,
subject to a rolling lock-up of 12 months. The details of the IMA were
disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the period ended 31 December
2021.

The New Ordinary Shares are being issued at a price equal to the prevailing
unaudited cum income Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at 30 June 2022 of
$0.9732 per New Ordinary share.

Applications will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the
premium segment of the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected
that Admission will become effective at 8am on 2 August 2022. The New Ordinary
Shares will rank pari passu with the Ordinary Shares already in issue.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
138,078,496 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights of
the Company is 138,078,496 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
