Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company")

New management arrangements

Further to the Company announcement dated 6 May 2025, the Company confirms
that the Financial Conduct Authority has approved the Company's application to
become a self-managed alternative investment fund with effect from the date of
this announcement. The Company intends that it will remain self-managed for
the remainder of its wind-down process.

The Company's existing alternative investment fund management agreement with
Ecofin Advisors, LLC has therefore been terminated with effect from the date
of this announcement.
