Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will take place on Tuesday 22 July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the
Balmoral Hotel, 1 Princes St, Edinburgh, EH2 2EQ. The Board looks forward to
meeting as many shareholders there as possible.
