Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. today at the Balmoral Hotel, 1
Princes St, Edinburgh, EH2 2EQ. The Board looks forward to meeting as many
shareholders there as possible.

For those unable to attend in person, the AGM and a presentation by the
Portfolio Managers will be streamed via a webcast and you can register using

It will not be possible to vote on AGM resolutions via the webcast as
