Declaration of second interim dividend

The Directors of The Edinburgh Investment Trust plc announce that they have
declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2026 of 7.60
pence per ordinary share (2025: 6.90p).  The dividend is payable on 20
February 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on 30 January
2026. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 29 January 2026.
