 The Edinburgh Investment Trust plc announces that on 25 March 2024, it
 purchased for holding in treasury 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a
 price of 681.22p per share.

 Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 195,666,734
 ordinary shares. The Company is holding 43,945,209 of these shares in
 treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights
