EFG Hermes Board of Directors' Change

 

 

 

 

Cairo, February 20(th), 2023: EFG Hermes Board of Directors accepted the
resignation of RA MENA Holding LTD and RA Holdings I LTD represented by Mr.
Timothy Collins and Ms. Elizabeth Crichley, respectively, as members of the
Board of EFG Hermes Holding and the committees on which they served. It is
worth highlighting that RA MENA Holding LTD and RA Holdings I LTD reduced
their ownership in EFG Hermes shares from 11.68% to 3.8%. The change in the
Board constitution resulting from the above resignation is subject to
ratification by the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
