EFG Hermes Board of Directors' Change

 

 

 

 

Cairo, April 12(th), 2023: EFG Hermes Board of Directors accepted the
replacement of DF EFG3 Limited's representative on the Company's Board to be
Mr. Géraud BRAC de la PERRIERE instead of Mr. Jean Cheval. The change in the
Board constitution resulting from the above replacement is subject to
ratification by the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
