Cairo, April 14(th), 2022: The Financial Regulatory Authority "FRA" received
from First Abu Dhabi "FAB" a letter with regards to the withdrawal of their
intention to submit a Mandatory Tender Offer to acquire the shares of EFG
Hermes Holding SAE. Please find attached to this disclosure, the letter FRA
