EFG Hermes Announces the Distribution Date of Its Bonus Shares

 

 

EFG Hermes Holding announces the following:

 

The increase in the Company's issued capital from EGP4,865,353,355 to EGP
5,838,424,030 with an amount of EGP 973,070,675 by issuing 194,614,135 bonus
shares as per the AGM resolutions held on 19(th) May 2022. This increase will
be financed from the retained earnings account as presented in the financial
statements for the year ended 31(st) December 2021.

 

The Company will distribute 0.2 bonus share for every 1 share held by each
shareholder with a dividend date "Record date" Monday 18/07/2022 and an
ex-dividend date "EX-Date" Tuesday 19/07/2022.
