EDF's Chooz nuclear plant to restrict output from Aug 30 due to low river flow
PARIS, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Electricity production restrictions at the 2.9 gigawatt Chooz nuclear power plant are expected from August 30 due to low flow rates on the Meuse river in northern France, nuclear operator EDF said in a notice on Tuesday. A previous notice had indicated the restrictions would begin on September 3. Restrictions usually only take a portion of the plant offline.
