EDF gets approval to continue new nuclear reactor tests

PARIS, Jan 31 (Reuters) - French power utility EDF can
continue to increase power tests past the current 25% level for
the new Flamanville 3 reactor, the French authority for nuclear
safety and radiation protection (ANSR) said on Friday.
    This allows EDF to continue its test program, ANSR said. The
reactor first connected to the grid in December.
