Corrects paragraph 1 to make clear EDF is not becoming a shareholder for first time LONDON, July 8 (Reuters) - French nuclear energy utility EDF will invest approximately £1.1 billion ($1.5 billion) in the Sizewell C nuclear project in Britain in which it is already a shareholder, the French presidency said on Tuesday. State-owned EDF will have a 12.5% stake in the project, it added.
