Jan 3 (Reuters) - Prime Minerals SA  PMTP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that Xenture Investments Limited sells its 
entire 13.12 pct stake in the company  
    * Black River DWC-LLC acquires 13.12 pct stake in the 
company 
    * Prior to the transaction, Black River DWC-LLC did now own 
any of the Prime Minerals' shares
