March 22 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    EMEIS (ORPEA)  ORP.PA 
    The French care homes operator said it completed a reverse
share split of outstanding shares.
    
    EU/UKRAINE/RUSSIA:
    The European Union could use proceeds from frozen Russian
assets to help Ukraine within a few months under a plan that
includes buying arms for Kyiv, EU leaders said on Thursday.
    
    EU/BOSNIA:
    European Union leaders agreed on Thursday to invite Bosnia
to open EU membership negotiations, while also stressing the
Balkan country would have to undertake more reforms before the
talks could begin.
    
    EU/ECONOMY:
    European Union leaders will back on Friday a slightly
tighter fiscal policy for the euro zone next year, to help bring
down inflation and make public finance more stable after the
excess spending of the COVID pandemic and the energy price
crisis.

    Dutch telecoms company said the Authority for consumers and
markets (ACM) approved the acquisition of Youfone by KPN
    
    LVMH  LVMH.PA 
    The luxury goods giant said its group managing director Toni
Belloni will step down, with Stephane Bianchi taking over his
operational functions as a younger generation moves up the ranks
of the world's biggest luxury group.
