                                                                   On completion of the exercise and transfer process, Amjad Bseisu will have the
                                                                   ability to influence voting in respect of the following shareholdings in
                                                                   EnQuest PLC:

                                                                   owned by the extended family of Amjad Bseisu - 10.48% (197,659,025 shares)

                                                                   - 1.72% (32,504,731 shares)
