Director/PDMR Shareholding

Eneraqua Technologies plc, a specialist provider of energy and water
efficiency solutions, announces that Bill Tame, Senior Independent Director,
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at £0.445 per Share on 5 November 2024. Following this
transaction, Bill Tame holds 18,142 Ordinary Shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulations
(Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
