    ** Medical device maker expects FY adjusted profit in the
range of $2.20 per share to $2.25 per share, lower than
analysts' estimates of $2.26 - Refinitiv IBES data
    ** Co posted Q3 loss of $1.22 per share from continuing
operation, compared with a loss of $0.26 per share a year ago
