** Shares of medical device maker Enovis Corp ENOV.N rise 12.54% to $25.12, on track for biggest single-day percentage gain since 2020

** Co posts Q4 adjusted profit of 95 cents per share, compared with analysts' average estimate of 82 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Q4 net sales grew 3% to $575.8 million, helped by growth in orthopedic implants business

** Expects FY26 revenue of $2.31 billion to $2.37 billion, vs. analysts' estimate of $2.36 billion

** ENOV fell over 39% in 2025
