** Shares of Ensurance Ltd  ENA.AX  rise as much as 3.8% to
A$0.275, their biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 13
    ** The insurance firm says Q1 revenue more than doubled from
a year earlier to A$2.5 mln ($1.87 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX5mXdnr
    ** Adds gross written premium for Q1 were A$12.8 mln, up
from A$8.9 mln a year earlier 
    ** Stock hits its highest since Oct. 19
