Notice of Final Results - Update

 

Enteq Technologies plc (AIM: NTQ.L) the energy services technology supplier,
announces that it will now release its results for the year ended 31 March
2023, and publish its annual report and accounts, in the week commencing 25
September 2023.

 

The Company previously announced on 31 July 2023 that it had intended to
publish its audited results in the week commencing 18 September 2023. This
delay is due to auditor and Company bandwidth in the audit process.

 

 

The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Broker has changed
its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Ltd following completion of its own
corporate merger.
