Brief: Enter Air unit signs sale contract, financial agreement

March 30 (Reuters) - Enter Air SA  ENTP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that its unit, Enter Air Sp. z o.o., 
converted the operating lease from Aircastle Holding Corporation 
Limited to a finance lease through a leaseback transaction with 
PKO Leasing SA 
    * Unit and PKO Leasing signed the sale contract and 
financial lease agreement for Boeing B737-800 aircraft on March 
29 
    * Lease term indicated in the agreement between the unit and 
PKO Leasing was concluded for 96 months and the amount of the 
liability from the lease agreement amounts to 101.3 million 
zlotys ($25.77 million)
