Adds details throughout

- Pipeline operator Enterprise Products Partners EPD.N said on Wednesday that co-Chief Executive Officer Jim Teague will retire on January 4, 2027.

Randy Fowler, the company's co-chief executive officer, will take over as sole CEO on that date.

Fowler joined Enterprise in 1999, shortly after the company went public, and served as its chief financial officer from 2007 to 2015 and from 2018 to 2024.

He has also served as a director of Enterprise's general partner since 2011 and as co-chief executive officer since 2020.

Teague joined Enterprise in 1999, when the company bought some midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell Oil Company. He has served as co-chief executive officer since January 2020, according to the company's website.

On Teague's retirement, the company will expand the Office of the Chairman, a management oversight group that serves as a link between the board of Enterprise's general partner and senior management.
