** Shares of fintech co IncentiaPay Ltd  INP.AX  climb as
much as 20% to A$0.018 after agreement with digital payments co
Verrency 
    ** IncentiaPay, which is a marketplace for retail offers and
rewards, signs agreement with digital payments firm Verrency

    ** Agreement will allow Verrency to distribute IncentiaPay's
merchant offer content to its major corporate customers,
IncentiaPay will get transaction-linked revenue 
    ** About 1.1 mln shares have been traded, over five times
the 30-day average 
    ** INP shares have lost 21% this year as of last close
