mln ($4.75 mln) two-tranche placement and launch of A$3
mln share purchase plan (SPP)
** Says placement and SPP is at an issue price of A$0.017
per ordinary share
** Placement and SPP is at a discount of 10.5% to stock's
last close
** About 2.8 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 2.5 mln shares
** Shares of co are up 18.8% YTD as of last close
