April 24 (Reuters) - EPIRUS Biopharmaceuticals Inc  EPRS.O : 
 * On April 22, 2015, Epirus Switzerland gmbh entered into a settlement 
   agreement with Reliance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd 
 * Settlement agreement resolves dispute initiated by RLS on scope of the 
   parties' manufacturing and supply agreement 
 * Pursuant to settlement agreement, RLS has agreed to manufacture 20 final 
   batches of the co's product, BOW015 
 * RLS has also agreed to use reasonable commercial efforts to transfer existing 
   Indian marketing authorization for BOW015 to co or its designee
