Brief: Tech Invest Group raises stake in MagicVR.co to 15.67 pct

April 14 (Reuters) - Tech Invest Group SA  TIGP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that MagicVR.co Sp. z o.o. (MagicVR.co) 
increased its share capital by issue of 9 new shares  
    * 6 shares were acquired by the company for 333,333 zlotys  
($83,290), 3 were bought by other investor for 166,667 zlotys 
    * MagicVR.co to use funds for development in area of virtual 
reality 
    * After registration of capital increase the company to own 
15.67 pct of stake of MagicVR.co (now the company owns 12.00 pct 
of stake) 
    * The company purchased MagicVR.co shares on Nov. 21
