Brief: Tech Invest Group to acquire one third of Kvarko

March 9 (Reuters) - Tech Invest Group SA  TIGP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that Kvarko Sp. z o.o. (Kvarko) signed 
and agreement with The National Centre for Research and 
Development for a subsidy of its project "BRIdge Alfa" 
    * The project is worth 30.0 million zlotys ($7.34 million), 
the amount of the subsidy is 24.0 million zlotys  
    * 6.0 million zlotys to be granted by three investors, 2 
million zlotys each 
    * As part of the project new companies that are scientific 
and research projects will be subsidized 
    * Kvarko will be responsible for the realization of the 
project 
    * At present, the only shareholder of Kvarko is Startit Fund 
Sp. z o.o. (Startit Fund) 
    * After the issue of new shares by Kvarko, the company is to 
acquire one third of Kvarko shares  
    * Following the new issue, Venture FIZ and Startit Fund will 
also own one third of Kvarko stake each
