Brief: Tech Invest Group to invest in 30 mln zlotys project

Dec 2 (Reuters) - Tech Invest Group SA  TIGP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that together with Startit Fund Sp. z 
o.o. and Venture Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety (investors) it 
signed an investment agreement with Kvarko Sp. z o.o. (Kvarko) 
for strengthening the domestic bioeconomy, agri-food sector and 
the forestry-wood and environmental project  
    * Startit Fund Sp. z o.o. (the sole shareholder of Kvarko) 
to increase its capital via issue of new shares, which will be 
purchased in the number of 2,000 for 50.0 zlotys ($118.74) per 
share by the Investors 
    * Each investor will own 1/3 stake of Startit Fund 
    * Value of the project is 30.0 million zlotys, 24.0 million 
zlotys is covered by the program funding 
    * The rest of the amount, which is 6.0 million zlotys, will 
be covered by investors (2.0 million zlotys each)
